Pilot questions
Is there a cost to join the pilot?
Pilot terms depend on the size of your portfolio and are agreed with each partner. Founding partners receive preferred terms. We will cover this in your introductory call.
How much time does it take from our team?
Expect a kick-off session, a short training per role and a feedback call every couple of weeks. We do the heavy lifting on setup and data import.
Can we keep using our current system during the pilot?
Yes. Many partners start with one portfolio or a few properties and move the rest once they are confident.
What if PropBarque is not right for us?
You can export all your data at any time. There is no lock-in.
