About PropBarque
Rethinking property management from the ground up
We believe property managers should spend their days on people and properties, not on paperwork. PropBarque is our answer: a modern platform with an AI teammate built in.
Why we built it
Property management runs on busywork
Talk to any property management team and you hear the same story. Hours go into retyping leases, sorting maintenance requests, matching bank lines and answering “how is my property doing?” calls. The software they use stores the work, but it rarely helps do it.
Meanwhile, AI has become very good at exactly this kind of work: reading documents, sorting requests and writing first drafts. We saw a chance to build property management software the way it would be built today, with that help at its core and people firmly in charge.
