Property management is full of decisions that affect people’s homes and money. Rent charges, late fees, lease renewals, vendor payments and applicant screening all carry legal and financial weight. AI can make this work faster, but it should never make it less accountable.
One simple rule
Every AI helper in PropBarque follows the same rule: AI suggests, people decide. The helper prepares a draft, a match or a summary and shows its reasoning. A person reviews it and chooses to accept, edit or dismiss it. Nothing that moves money, changes a lease or sends a legal notice happens without a human click.
Guardrails that come built in
- AI only sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see.
- Every suggestion shows where it came from, so it can be checked.
- Every accept, edit and dismiss is recorded in the audit trail.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- AI never recommends approving or denying a rental applicant.
Helpers have to earn their place
We measure how often people accept each helper’s suggestions. If a helper is accepted less than 60 percent of the time, it is either improved or switched off. A helper that creates more checking than it saves is not helping.
The result is software that takes the repetitive work off your plate while leaving judgment, relationships and responsibility where they belong: with your team.
